WALKWAY BETWEEN PLAZA, ALBANY DOWNTOWN NEEDS WORK.(MAIN)

As state employees who work for an agency that is located in downtown Albany, we frequently walk to meetings and conferences at the Empire State Plaza.

The walkway that was built next to the Knickerbocker Arena was designed to protect pedestrians from severe weather conditions while making the trip between downtown Albany and the Plaza.

We enjoyed using it when it was first built, but now there are some problems. The floors and the windows of the walkway are absolutely filthy and the elevators reek of urine.
