NSW: Controversial Casey parts ways with 2GB = 2
Mr Jeffreys said Mr Casey had been employed at 2GB as a weekend announcer since the end of
March and his program had gone to air for three consecutive weeks before today's announcement.
He also confirmed that Mr Casey had not yet been under contract to the station.
"The arrangement, interestingly, was still in the process of being ratified," Mr Jeffreys
said.
"The situation (now) is that we won't be proceeding with that."
