BALLSTON SPA -- Construction of the 27-mile Saratoga County water line still is on budget but now is behind schedule.
At a meeting of the county water authority Thursday, the members discussed moving the expected completion date of the $67 million project from Sept. 30 to Dec. 1.
Chairman John Lawler downplayed the delay and said he always expected the job to be finished sometime in the fourth quarter of the year.
